At the Federal we run an extensive range of lunch and dinner blackboard specials.
We feel this is the best way to utilize the great local fruit, vegetables, seafood and
meat this area has to offer. The blackboard also lets our team of chefs be creative
and keeps things interesting and ever changing for our customers. More so than ever
before we will be using the blackboard to showcase our chef’s skills and letting
different produce inspire us to new culinary heights. To achieve the best possible
result and to keep the choices super fresh and ever changing we have had to cut
back the main menu but we know this will help us be even better in 2018.
